W O R K O U T Sequence:
5kg or 10kg Split Plate Squats, 15reps each leg,
4kg DB Boxing Side Step Lunges, 15reps each leg,
10kg Plate Single Leg Plyo, 15reps each leg,
30kg+ Front Squats, 10 – 12 reps,
12kg+ Goblet Squats, 12 – 15reps,
30kg+ Cable Deadlift, 10 – 12reps
25kg+ Weighted Hip Thrusts, 12 – 15reps.
Repeat each exercise 3x with a 30 – 60second rest in-between.
