Shouldn't do static stretches before a workout, dynamic before workout as you want to warm your muscles up, static "post workout" as you want to cool down your muscles and reduce injury

Thanks for the video content! Sorry for the intrusion, I am interested in your opinion. Have you considered – Millawdon Muscles Mountain Trick (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a great one off guide for learning some effective strength training for women without the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my friend after many years got excellent results with it.

It is a good one of a kind guide for learning some effective strength training for women minus the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my old buddy Taylor after many years got excellent success with it.
