I've been doing this for about two weeks now, I do it every other day so the muscles can grow and while I have my rest days for lower body, the rest days would be my workouts for upper body and vice versa, I've also added more workouts with this from other videos (fire hydrants, kick backs, lunges and many more that work the glutes and thighs) and I'm telling you guys it really is working, I'm still young so i can still develop more muscle (13) but they really are working my thighs and they are getting bigger, remember to challenge yourself more everyday (add more workouts, add more reps etc.) just don't give up and stay motivated
